You can choose between two shipping methods:
1- Request the home collection of your garments (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):
We will send the carrier to collect the package to the address indicated in your order.
The return shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be discounted from the final amount to be reimbursed. In the case of peninsula and Balearic Islands national shipments, the cost will be € 6.
2- Send us the package on your own:
If you prefer, you can also send us the package on your own once your return is approved, but remember VERY IMPORTANT that the package must reach us within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
The item is your full responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend that you do it by Post with a certificate, keeping the receipt, until our reception.
3- International shipments and the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla:
For shipments originating in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or internationally, please send us the package as best suits you to the address:

In case of tare or defect:
If you have received a product with a defect or defect, the shipping costs with the return, please let us know within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving your package. In this case, Iris will take care of all the expenses incurred, both for the return of the article and the shipping.
How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?
You will receive the amount in the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 14 days, depending on your bank.
The amount to be reimbursed will be that of the items to be returned. In no case will the original shipping cost be refunded.
If you have chosen as a return method the collection through our carrier, this amount will be deducted from the final amount to be reimbursed.
In the garments purchased by exchanging a Gift Card, the amount will not be returned but you can exchange it for another or we will send you a voucher without expiration period.
¿How can I make a change in size?
Write us an email to email@example.com requesting the new size. If there is availability, we will send you the new size free of charge (1 change per free order).
Prepare the garment in its original packaging and deliver it to the same courier who delivered your new order.
What items do not allow changes and / or returns?
Changes and returns of garments on request or with arrangements are not allowed.
